Corporate manager

Buying RapidShield for a workforce: register the organisation, allocate seats to staff, watch the incident picture, and keep the subscription current.

Register your organisation

From the login screen, choose Register, headed "Get Rapid Shield: Corporate Onboarding".

  1. Company details
    • Company Name: e.g. Acme Corp
    • Industry Type: from the dropdown
    • Corporate Phone Number
    • Number of Employees: e.g. 500. This drives your seat count and your quote.
    • Registration Number Optional: e.g. RC-123456
    • Billing Address Optional
  2. Check the live corporate pricing

The form shows Live Corporate Pricing as you fill it in, so you can see the cost before you commit.

  3. Upload your payment receipt

PDF, PNG, JPG or WEBP, max 5MB. You get "Receipt uploaded successfully" and a Remove link if you picked the wrong file.

  4. Create the manager account

Your Full Name, Work Email and a password (twice). This becomes the login for the whole organisation.

  5. Referral code

Optional: e.g. JANE2025. Entered in caps.

  6. Accept and submit

Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your registration goes to RapidShield for verification; you are notified once approved.

Dashboard overview

Your landing page. It answers "what is happening to my people?"

  • Stat cards: seat totals, active members, incident counts.
  • Incident Volume: a line chart over time, with an All Incidents filter.
  • Incident Types: a breakdown by category, so you can see whether you have a road-safety problem or a theft problem.
  • Recent Incidents: a table of Time Reported, Employee, Type, Location and status, with View All.
What you can and cannot see

You see incidents your staff report through the app: type, time, location, status. You do not see their personal alerts, their location, or their private profile. RapidShield protects the individual; the dashboard gives you the aggregate picture.

Staff Management

The list of everyone covered by your plan, with search and pagination. Columns include the Employee, their Department and their status. Empty: "No members found."

Adding a staff member

  1. Click Add member

Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email and Department.

  2. Use the email they will actually sign up with

This is the single most common onboarding failure. The seat is bound to the email address. If they register the app with a personal address instead, they will not be linked to your plan.

  3. Tell them to install the app

The seat does nothing until the person downloads RapidShield and signs in. Send them the Getting started page.

Removing a staff member

Remove them from the list and the seat is freed for reallocation. Their personal account continues to exist; they simply drop back to Basic Protection.

Bulk Import Staff

For onboarding more than a handful of people. Sidebar → Bulk Import Staff. It is a three-step screen.

  1. Step 1: Download Template

Download the CSV template. Use it, and do not invent your own columns.

  2. Step 2: Upload Data

Fill the template with First Name, Last Name, Email and Department, then click to upload it.

  3. Step 3: Check the Data Preview

The portal parses your file and shows exactly what it read, row by row. Read this before confirming: a shifted column here becomes hundreds of wrong records.

  4. Confirm the import

The batch appears under Recent Import Batches, so you can see what was imported and when. Empty: "No recent imports."

You cannot import more people than you have seats

An import that exceeds your allocation will not complete. Request the extra seats first, wait for approval, then import.

Billing & Subscriptions

Sidebar → Billing. Headed Billing & Subscriptions, it has four blocks:

Active protection
Your Renewal Date, Billing Frequency and Seat Price, and whether the plan is active.
Seat allocation
How many seats you hold and how many are used, plus the request form for more.
Transaction log
Every payment with its Transaction ID. Empty: "No transactions yet."
Invoices
With Description and Due Date. Empty: "No invoices found."

Renewal

The Renewal block shows the state of your subscription and, when a renewal is due, the quote for it. Watch the renewal date: an expired corporate plan drops your whole workforce to Basic Protection.

Requesting more seats

You cannot self-serve extra seats; you request them and RapidShield approves. The form is on both the Billing and Staff Management pages.

  1. Click "Request More Seats"

On Staff Management it sits under "Need More Seats?".

  2. Enter "Additional Seats to Request"

How many extra people you need to cover.

  3. Write the justification

A real sentence helps approval: "32 new field engineers starting 1 October in the Port Harcourt office."

  4. Submit and wait

The request appears in your seat-request list, and the decision arrives in Notifications. Once approved, add or import the new people.

Invoices and transaction log

Both are paginated tables under Billing. Notifications carrying an invoice offer a Download PDF. Reconcile the transaction log against your own records each billing cycle. The Transaction ID is what support needs for any payment query.

Notifications

Sidebar → Notifications. Grouped by day, each with Mark read, some with Download PDF, and Load older notifications at the bottom. This is where seat approvals, payment confirmations and renewal reminders land.

Settings

Four blocks:

Personal InformationYour Full Name, Work Email and Phone Number.
Alerts & NotificationsEmail Notifications, Critical system alerts, Manage Email Alerts, and a toggle for all secondary reports.
Security & AuthenticationChange your password: Current Password, New Password, Confirm New Password.
Organisation SettingsCompany Name, Industry, Billing Address, then Save Organisation.
Keep critical alerts on

Leave Critical system alerts enabled even if you mute everything else. Renewal failures and seat exhaustion arrive on that channel, and both silently reduce your staff's protection.
