Request a service

Five request types sit on the Home grid. Each one is a form, a location, and a dispatch. This page walks every field of every one, and what happens after you tap send.

Request an Ambulance

Life-threatening?

The screen says it at the top: "For life-threatening emergencies, use the SOS button on the home screen." SOS escalates further and faster. Use Ambulance for a medical problem that needs a crew, not for an abduction.

Your first ride is free

On a free account the first ambulance request is on us. A banner says "Your first ride is on us" with two choices: See Premium or Continue free. After that first request, ambulance dispatch is billed by card, because it is a real-world service with a real-world cost.

Making the request

  1. Open Request Ambulance

Home → the red hospital tile.

  2. Confirm the pickup location

The app fills your current address automatically. Edit the LOCATION / ADDRESS field if the pin is wrong. A flat number or a gate name is worth adding.

  3. Add special instructions

Free text. This is the field the crew actually reads on the way. Good examples: "Diabetic, unconscious, second floor, blue gate" · "Road blocked from the north, approach from Ligali Ayorinde".

  4. Pay, if this is not your first request

A sheet shows the ambulance request fee. If you have a saved card you get "Pay ₦… with saved card"; otherwise "Add card & pay" opens the secure payment flow. Tap Not now to back out.

  5. Hold to confirm

The trigger is a press and hold, not a tap: HOLD TO REQUEST AMBULANCE, one full second. This prevents an accidental dispatch.

Tracking the ambulance

You land on a live screen showing:

  • A map with your location and, once assigned, the ambulance marker moving toward you.
  • A status line: "Awaiting dispatch" → "Ambulance en route".
  • While unassigned: "Your request has been received. A unit will be assigned shortly."
  • A Refresh button, and Cancel Ambulance Request.

You can leave the screen. The Home tile turns red with a Live badge reading "Ambulance request live · Tap to track responder".

Cancelling

Tap Cancel Ambulance Request. You are asked to confirm: "This will call off the dispatched ambulance. Only cancel if you no longer need help." Choose Keep request or Cancel request. On success: "Ambulance request cancelled."

Request Towing

  1. Open Request Towing

Home → the purple truck tile. Your current location appears at the top; the app fetches it automatically.

  2. Set the pickup address

Edit it if the vehicle is not exactly where your phone is, for example if you walked to safety off the expressway.

  3. Add more details (optional but useful)

Expand the section to fill in:

    • Vehicle Model: determines the kind of truck sent.
    • License Plate Number, so the driver identifies the right car.
    • Describe the Issue: "flat tyre", "engine failure", "will not start".
  4. Tap REQUEST TOWING NOW

The button reads SENDING REQUEST… while it submits, then confirms with Towing Request Sent.

  5. Call the personnel directly

The app then lists Towing Emergency Personnel near you, each with a Call button. If none are nearby you still get: "No towing emergency personnel found nearby. Our team has still received your request."

The clock icon in the top-right opens Towing History: every towing request you have made.

Request a Security Escort

An escort is a planned engagement, not an emergency dispatch. You are asking for a quote for a person to accompany you.

  1. Open Request Escort

Home → the blue shield tile.

  2. Choose the duration

Escorts are offered in fixed blocks only: 12 hours or 24 hours. The screen states it: "Escort requests are available for 12 or 24 hours only." Tap Confirm.

  3. Select the date(s) of engagement

Tap the date field ("Tap to select dates") and pick your start date. Submitting without dates is rejected: "Please select the date(s) of engagement."

  4. Describe the routes

The description box asks you to "Describe the locations and intended routes". Be specific: pickup, stops, destination, times.

  5. Set the assignment location

Enter any address or a state name. The hint says so explicitly: "You can put any address if you want. A state name also works." Then pick the zone: Within Lagos or Outside Lagos, which affects the quote.

  6. Submit Request For Quote

You get a Request Sent confirmation. The team comes back with pricing and scheduling.

Report an Incident

The general-purpose reporting tool. Free on every account. Use it for things that have happened, are happening nearby, or that other people should know about.

  1. Confirm the location

Your current position is filled in. Tap Edit on map to drag the pin, important when you are reporting something a street away rather than where you are standing.

  2. Pick the incident type

Twenty-four types, each with its own icon:

Theft Robbery Armed Robbery Assault Harassment Kidnapping Accident Traffic Road Hazard Fire Medical Rain / Storm Flood Suspicious Activity Vandalism Burglary Domestic Violence Missing Person Gunshots Riot / Unrest Gas Leak Power Outage Natural Disaster Other

  3. Describe what happened

"Describe what happened in detail…": who, what, when, how many people, vehicle descriptions, direction of travel. This is the part a human reads.

  4. Attach evidence

Use Gallery or the camera to attach photos and video. Attachments upload in the background; the button reads Uploading attachments… while they do.

  5. Submit Report

You get a Report Submitted confirmation. If an attachment fails to upload the report still goes through, with a notice that some attachments could not upload.

Who sees your report

The command centre always. If you are an estate resident, it also appears in your estate's Resident Incidents list, which the estate manager and gate staff can see. If you are on a corporate plan, it feeds your organisation's incident dashboard and charts, as an incident record, not as your personal diary.

Phone Recover

A paid, evidence-backed recovery case for a stolen phone. It is a form in three sections plus payment. Gather your documents before you start.

Fees

SituationFee
Standard caseThe service fee shown on the screen
With a police report attachedReduced to ₦90,000, and the screen tells you so: "Attach a police report to reduce the fee to ₦90,000."

  • Last Active SIM Phone Number: the number that was in the phone.

  • Additional IMEI (IMEI 2): for dual-SIM devices.
  • Hardware Serial Number.

Section 2: Incident context

  • Estimated Date & Time of Theft: a date-and-time picker.
  • Last Known Location: "Where was the phone last seen?"
  • Brief Description of Incident: how it was taken.

Section 3: Proof of ownership & legal clearance

  • Proof of Purchase or Box/Receipt Required: photograph it or pick it from your gallery. Submitting without it is blocked: "Please attach your proof of purchase / receipt."
  • Police Report: optional but strongly recommended; it is what reduces the fee.
  • Alternative Email Address and Alternative Primary Phone Number: how we reach you now that your phone is gone. Fill these in.
  • Accept the terms and conditions. Required: "Please accept the terms and conditions to continue."

Payment and confirmation

  1. Tap "Proceed to Payment"

The button shows the exact fee. Payment is handled by Paystack in a secure in-app browser.

  2. Complete the payment

Backing out mid-payment prompts "Your payment is not complete. Are you sure you want to leave?"

  3. Keep the reference

On success you see Request Submitted with a payment Ref:. Screenshot it. If anything goes wrong, that reference is what support needs.

Tracking and cancelling a request

Every request you make, of any type, lands in History of Events, reachable from the clock icon on Home.

  • ACTIVE EVENTS at the top, in red, with a live status.
  • HISTORY below: everything completed, cancelled or resolved.
  • Tap any record to see the full detail: location, your instructions, the notes history added by staff, and any attachments you uploaded.

Ambulance requests are cancelled from their tracking screen. For everything else, contact support with the record open. See History of Events for how to read a record.
