How an emergency actually flows
Useful context before you read any of the how-to pages. This is the path an alert takes from your pocket to a responder standing in front of you.
Open the app and finish the profile completion card: photo, emergency contact, home address, medical information. Every one of those fields is handed to the responder coming for you. A complete profile is the difference between "someone needs help somewhere near here" and "Ada, 34, asthmatic, flat 12B, call her sister on this number".
